SHARE Charlotte released a survey in April 2021 that expanded on the findings of the Lee Institute’s survey from May 2020. We sought to determine the impact that the pandemic had on the health of the nonprofit community and how that will affect our industry moving forward. Chrystal Joy of The Lee Institute will guide us through the findings including insights into fundraising, staff/volunteer changes, timely collaborative efforts, workplace habits, and more.
